What You’ll Do
- This role supports the delivery and improvement of assurance tooling across VodafoneThree.
- Build, maintain, and enhance assurance dashboards and management information (MI) to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Deliver tooling roadmap enhancements, implementing agreed changes to reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable dashboard and tooling solutions.
- Manage and prioritise incoming requests for dashboards, reporting, and tooling support.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement through tooling innovation.
- Support implementation of new tooling capabilities, ensuring outputs are tested, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to enable scalable, robust reporting and automation solutions.
- Maintain documentation, definitions, and user guidance to ensure consistency and reuse of tooling outputs.
- Monitor performance and data quality of dashboards, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Experienced in data, reporting, MI, analytics, or tooling roles within fast-paced environments.
- Strong capability in dashboard development and data visualisation.
- Able to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting and tooling outputs.
- Strong understanding of data quality, controls, and consistent definitions.
- Comfortable working with Technology and Data teams to deliver tooling and system changes.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, repeatability, and reliability of outputs.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Clear communicator, confident engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
