Location: Newbury (+Hybrid/Homebased Working)
Working hours: Fulltime 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday. We can consider a 30 hour contract.
Hybrid working model: 2-3 days per week in the office, with a minimum of 8 office days per month.

What you'll do:
- Coordinate actions and follow-ups across governance forums and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
- Collate and prepare governance materials such as agendas, slide decks, and decision summaries.
- Build effective, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Manage board-level approvals and support compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DoA) and contractual requirements.
- Capture, document, and share minutes and decisions clearly across the organisation.
- Maintain governance meeting schedules, ensuring required participation and continuity.
- Support timely input into board papers, budgets, forecasts, and related planning cycles.
- Foster open communication, mutual respect, and trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
- Coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders across the organisation, as well as senior counterparts within Vodafone Group, Cellnex, and Cornerstone, including Director and C-Suite level participants.
- Capture actions arising from all contractual governance forums, circulate them to the appropriate owners with clear timelines, and follow up consistently.
- Coordinate and consolidate inputs for governance meeting materials, including agendas, slide decks, financial information, decisions, and requested approvals.
- Support the coordination of board-level approvals for change requests in line with the Delegation of Authority (DoA) and contractual requirements.
- Document minutes and decisions accurately, keeping colleagues across the business informed.
- Maintain a structured schedule of governance meetings, ensuring required attendees—or their delegates—are present to achieve quorum.
- Ensure timely and accurate contributions to board papers, budgets, forecasts, and related planning processes, following agreed formats and standards.
- Build strong, lifelong relationships with business owners and wider stakeholders by understanding their needs, delivering commitments reliably, and fostering open communication that builds trust, clarity, and collaboration.
