Job Description
What you'll do:
- We're looking for a talented Senior Designer to join Generation, VodafoneThree's in-house creative agency. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of high-quality, customer-focused creative work across some of the UK's most recognised brands.
- You’ll combine outstanding design craft with people leadership, leading campaign development across multiple channels while coaching and developing designers within the team.
- You'll play a key role in shaping integrated customer experiences, maintaining creative standards and delivering work that drives engagement, strengthens our brands and supports commercial success.
- Lead the design and delivery of integrated consumer campaigns across digital, social, CRM, retail, web, app, OOH and other customer touchpoints.
- Translate strategic briefs and customer insights into compelling, effective and visually distinctive creative solutions.
- Own key design projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring work is on-brand, customer-focused and commercially effective.
- Lead and develop designers through coaching, feedback, performance management and ongoing development support.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, project managers and creative teams to deliver best-in-class creative work.
- Present creative concepts confidently to stakeholders and guide projects through feedback and refinement.
- Champion high standards of design quality, consistency, accessibility and brand compliance across all work.
- Contribute to the evolution of design capability, creative standards and ways of working across the agency.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Significant experience within an in-house agency, brand, integrated agency or consumer marketing environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across multiple channels and campaign formats.
- Expertise in brand design, campaign development, visual storytelling, layout and typography.
- Experience leading, mentoring or line managing designers and supporting team development.
- Strong ability to translate briefs and strategy into engaging, customer-focused creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative leadership style, creative curiosity and a passion for raising standards and developing others.
