What You’ll Do:
- You’ll build strong, trusting relationships with First Line leaders, offering supportive guidance alongside balanced, independent perspective.
- You’ll nurture the embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF), making it accessible, intuitive, and meaningful in day‑to‑day work.
- You’ll stay closely connected to teams as the “eyes and ears” of Enterprise Risk, listening actively and sharing insights that enable continuous learning and improvement.
- You’ll facilitate inclusive and engaging workshops, creating safe spaces where teams can openly explore, understand, and prioritise risks.
- You’ll translate complex data into clear, thoughtful narratives, helping others feel confident in making well‑informed, risk‑aware decisions.

- You bring solid experience in risk management (typically 5+ years), ideally within telecommunications or financial services.
