Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full-Time / 37.5 hours per week / Mon – Fri
Hybrid: Work both in the office and at home. You should attend the office 2‑3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. Work with your line manager to understand expectations for your role and your team.

What You’ll Do
This role reports into the Business Engagement & Delivery function within Network Quality, CX and Insights (NQCXI) team. It leads the sourcing, transformation, and governance of network data across the Quality team. The role ensures that data engineering capabilities support strategic decision‑making, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes across the Network Quality function.
- Automate data ingestion and processing pipelines to support real‑time performance monitoring and CX analytics, reducing manual effort and improving insight velocity.
- Maintain and evolve diagnostic platforms that enable root‑cause analysis of network‑related CX issues, integrating data from multiple sources including OSS, CEM, and customer feedback systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g. IT, Data Science, Network Operations) to ensure tools are interoperable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Establish governance protocols for tool usage, data integrity, and model validation to ensure consistency and reliability of insights across NQCXI department.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders into tool enhancements and framework refinements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior analysts and developers working on NQCXI tooling, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Leverage modern big data technologies and practices (e.g. distributed computing, cloud‑native analytics, machine learning frameworks) to enhance the scalability, accuracy, and speed of built solutions (CX, OSS, CEM, drive‑test analytics and more).
