Location: London OR Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Run tactical marketing campaigns that build awareness and consideration across your portfolio bringing in new customers while also encouraging existing ones to buy more from us.
  • Turn our consumer network campaigns into a stronger reason for businesses to choose us, across SMEs, Large Business, Public Sector and indirect channels, while showcasing network improvements made through our Ofcom commitments.
  • Activate collaboration opportunities with third parties, making the most of Vodafone’s partnerships to extend reach and stretch marketing budgets further.
  • Create and activate compelling content including customer case studies that delivers real commercial impact for your portfolio and supports network led events.
  • Work closely with digital teams to make sure vodafone.co.uk is a high performing hub for your products, with a simple, seamless customer journey.
  • Own all marketing reporting, including clearly demonstrating ROI from marketing investment.

Qualifications

  • A confident, clear communicator who can influence naturally and stay effective in a fast moving, ever changing environment.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable breaking down complex ideas and explaining them in a simple, customer friendly way.
  • Strong experience across the full marketing mix, with a solid understanding of brand, customer targeting and insight led decision making.
  • Used to working in a matrix organisation, managing a range of stakeholders and collaborating closely with external agencies.
