What You’ll Do

  • You’ll join a dynamic Privacy Team at a defining moment in our journey, as we bring together two leading organisations to create the UK’s largest mobile network provider.
  • In this role, you’ll support the Privacy Operations function—helping protect personal data, strengthen compliance, and shape how we deliver trusted, customer‑first experiences.
  • Support the Privacy Operations team in delivering high‑quality, compliant services, with a particular focus on Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
  • Help ensure we meet regulatory obligations and data protection laws across the business.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and collaborate across functions to drive shared outcomes.
  • Contribute to raising awareness of data protection and privacy best practices across the organisation.
  • Support governance activities, including developing training, guidance, and process improvements.
  • Help enhance our DSAR processes by identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, and scalability.
  • Stay curious about regulatory changes and share insights to support continuous learning and improvement.
  • Take ownership of your work, managing tasks and cases with guidance while developing your expertise.

Who You Are

  • Experience or exposure to privacy, data protection, or a related legal/compliance environment.
  • Understanding of working with customer and employee personal data.
  • A self‑starter mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and progress work proactively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability (or potential) to explain complex topics clearly to different audiences.
  • An interest in the telecoms or technology sector and awareness of data protection trends.
