Location: Newbury + (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Hybrid Working: Hybrid working approach allows work in office and at home. Typically 2-3 days per week, at least 8 days per month.

Be part of the Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of pricing changes across the business, ensuring accuracy and alignment
  • Maintain pricing governance documentation and ensure processes are followed consistently
  • Deliver forecasting and performance reporting for pricing-related KPIs
  • Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to inform recommendations
  • Contribute to business cases for new propositions and commercial initiatives
  • Support post-implementation reviews (PIRs) to assess pricing effectiveness and outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and trading teams
  • Contribute to a high-performing, insight-driven team culture

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight
  • Experience working with data tools such as Excel and PowerPoint to analyse and present findings
  • Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Able to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into clear recommendations
  • Understanding of pricing, forecasting, or commercial performance management
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve ways of working
