Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do
- Accountable for the IT delivery plan across a c£40m portfolio
- Acts as the key interface for the portfolio plan and will work closely with other portfolios and engineering teams to gain commitment to the plan for capacity and scheduling
- Acts as the key interlock with the Business Planning function, ensuring timely mobilization of the annual plan of Business project demand
- Work with Portfolio Managers and Business Planning to ensure full line of sight is in place for funding across the whole portfolio of demand
- Accountable for tracking project and programme dependencies across all other IT portfolios
- Drive effective change management within the portfolio to ensure the plan is always relevant, up to date and agile to changing portfolio requirements
- Work closely with Product/Portfolio owners at L2 level, and engineering leads to report on and plan effectively the delivery of their portfolios
- Compiling & owning the IT roadmap for the portfolio, bringing together plans across multiple project streams into one overall perspective and connect the business vision to IT capabilities
- Governing portfolios in line with Digital’s SAFe ways of working and Technology’s VPDL framework and ensuring delivery in line with agreed tolerances
- Responsible for ensuring the appropriate engineering capacity is booked in order to meet the plan
Who You Are
- Have experience driving successful & large IT projects
- A proven track record working in technical delivery teams with an in-depth understanding of the technologies, processes and techniques required for delivering high quality solutions within a fast moving organisation
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle including various delivery methodologies with the ability to motivate high performing teams
- Experience in liaising with senior‑level stakeholders and delivering successful change initiatives
- Ideally experience delivering in both Waterfall and Scaled Agile environments
- A strong all‑rounder, who will go deep into the detail of delivery plans to ensure delivery success
- Ability to inspire a virtual team of people to achieve the portfolio plan, creating the right environment for them to thrive
