What you’ll do
- Build and lead VodafoneThree’s Wholesale team, delivering a high‑performing strategy that fuels growth, launches new revenue streams and forges powerful partnerships.
- Manage one of the largest Retail MVNO relationships, owning the P&L, leading a virtual team and representing VodafoneThree as a trusted partner.
- Own, develop and maintain a strong strategic partnership with the MVNO.
- Own the account strategy and execute the account plan to drive commercial performance and sustainable growth.
- Lead the strategic partnership, ensuring open, transparent communication across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and governance standards.
- Own and lead the Joint Business Planning process, aligning strategic goals and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Track, analyse, report and present on commercial partnership performance metrics for L1 reviews.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives and operational excellence.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications / Who you are
- Proven track record in senior wholesale, retail MVNO or telecom partner management roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of revenue and margin growth through Tier 1 MVNO or high‑profile retailer relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience in budget ownership and forecasting.
- Ability to interpret market insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience in leading cross‑functional collaboration and influencing at senior levels.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
