As a Lead Delivery Transformation Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how enterprise projects and investments are delivered, helping teams move with greater speed, efficiency, and impact. - Bring transformation initiatives to life through compelling business cases, process maps, journey designs, wireframes, and clear requirements.

- Lead and manage transformation programmes using established project management methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, collaboration, and operational excellence across delivery teams.

Who You Are: Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation, delivery transformation, or process improvement initiatives across complex organisations. Strong expertise in service design, process design, process mapping, and operational excellence practices. A confident communicator who can influence and engage stakeholders at all levels while building strong, collaborative relationships. Experience facilitating workshops and helping teams solve complex business challenges through practical, data-driven solutions. Ability to translate ideas into actionable requirements through user stories, process flows, journey maps, and wireframes. A track record of delivering measurable improvements and successfully embedding lasting organisational change. Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities can shift and ambiguity is part of the journey. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to balance strategic vision and practical delivery. Knowledge of business architecture, user‑centred design, and change management approaches. Experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, or organisational design would be beneficial. Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and creating exceptional outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the business.
