Location: London OR Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and guide the pricing and promotional strategy across the full B2B fixed connectivity portfolio
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure pricing reflects customer needs, market trends, and long‑term value
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues across Product, Propositions, GTM, Finance, and Strategy to co‑create impactful solutions
  • Support, mentor, and develop your team—creating a safe and empowering space where everyone can grow and contribute
  • Take a thoughtful, insight‑led approach to reviewing pricing performance, identifying opportunities to refine and enhance outcomes
  • Design and evolve tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting to encourage clarity, transparency, and shared understanding
  • Help bring new products to life by shaping pricing approaches that resonate with diverse customer communities
