What You’ll Do
- Support the preparation and coordination of quarterly GTM planning cycles.
- Maintain planning trackers, calendars, and shared artefacts to ensure visibility and alignment.
- Assist in consolidating planning information into clear, concise summaries for management.
- Log and track new requests through the GTM Front Door intake process.
- Support capacity planning by updating scorecards, dashboards, and utilisation trackers.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and gaps in planning inputs.
- Provide coordination support for GTM governance forums, including scheduling, documentation, and action tracking.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and moving parts with clarity.
- Comfort working with data, including spreadsheets or dashboards, and an analytical mindset to turn numbers into insight.
- Adaptability in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments, where priorities shift and collaboration is key.
