Overview

Location: Newbury / London / Stoke-on-Trent + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Duration: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid: We offer a hybrid working approach that allows work in the office and at home. You are expected to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand expectations for your role and team.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll help bring social value commitments to life by shaping clear delivery plans, governance frameworks, and practical ways of working.
  • You’ll collaborate with a wide range of teams (Employee Relations, Legal, Security, Talent Acquisition and more) to ensure processes are aligned, compliant, and ready to deliver.
  • You’ll act as a central connector between internal teams and external partners.
  • You’ll support the setup and ongoing management of governance boards, ensuring decisions, risks, and actions are tracked and communicated clearly.
  • You’ll translate programme commitments into realistic recruitment processes and future-ready job opportunities.
  • You’ll map role types and help design job architecture that supports inclusive hiring approaches.
  • You’ll monitor progress by tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing clear insights to senior stakeholders.
  • You’ll support change and engagement activities, helping teams understand and adopt new ways of working.
  • You’ll continuously look for ways to improve processes, strengthen governance, and scale the programme for future initiatives.
