Location: Speechmark, London + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Own our executive engagement plan and the delivery of this across our events, sponsorships, CEC and wider marketing assets – working closely with these teams to prioritise their inclusion.
  • Be customer focused and able to turn insights into differentiated and engaging moments for the top executives on the programme.
  • Enjoy working cross‑functionally with the different marketing and sales teams, influencing a wide range of stakeholders and bringing people together to achieve shared goals.
  • Work closely with the sales team on the accounts included in the executive engagement programme, ensuring the data is accurate and includes any executive mapping and passion points.
  • Own the reporting of the executive engagement plan and be able to confidently communicate the success of this to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Help organise key internal events that recognise top performers across business – including Best in Business, Best in Sales and High‑Flyers, as well as support the Sales Kick Off meetings, where appropriate.
  • Own the branding and narrative that is used at these internal events, ensuring this is consistently executed, as well as work closely with the event teams to follow their best practice on delivering events.
  • Work closely with the Brand Lead to fully immerse yourself in our brand guidelines and the application across different marketing assets, providing support and cover on brand governance reviews.
  • Thrive at working in fast‑paced environments, work proactively and enjoy taking ideas from concept to delivery and being able to measure the impact of this.
