Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

Join us and you'll be at the heart of change. That means building responsibly, investing sustainably and creating opportunities that last. We're not just expanding connectivity; we're reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services, and communities across the country.

You'll work on real challenges, with real impact, across every corner of the country. Wherever you join us, whatever your role, you'll be helping to build a future that works better for everyone. We move at pace, because what we're building matters – and we're learning as we go. We're proud of the progress we've made, but we're just getting started.

Join our UK Consumer team, where we're continually building and enhancing our network, connecting millions of people and businesses across the country. Be part of the team that makes it all happen – simplifying, automating, and bringing better connectivity than ever before, with giga-fast speed, to our customers.

As a CRO Performance Insights Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping us understand how customers interact with our digital journeys and where we can optimise experiences to drive better outcomes. Sitting within the Digital Insights team and embedded into the CRO and Test & Learn function, you'll turn behavioural data and experimentation results into meaningful business insight.

You'll work closely with Product, UX, Ecommerce, Engineering, and CRO teams to evaluate A/B tests, uncover customer friction points, and shape future optimisation priorities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending analytics, storytelling, experimentation, and commercial thinking in a fast‐moving digital environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse A/B and multivariate test performance to understand customer behaviour and commercial impact
  • Conduct journey diagnostics using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Medallia, and BI dashboards
  • Translate test outcomes into actionable recommendations that improve digital experiences and conversion performance
  • Produce clear and engaging insight reports, test summaries, and optimisation readouts for stakeholders
  • Maintain a structured library of experimentation learnings and reusable insight themes
  • Identify behavioural trends and emerging customer issues to support future testing opportunities
  • Partner with UX, Product, Ecommerce, and Engineering teams to guide optimisation priorities
  • Support data accuracy, tagging validation, and measurement integrity across digital experiments

Who you are:

  • Experienced in digital analytics, CRO, experimentation analysis, or digital optimisation environments
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret testing results and identify meaningful behavioural insights
  • Hands‐on experience with Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare, Medallia, BI dashboards, or similar analytics platforms
  • Comfortable working with experimentation frameworks and evaluating statistical significance
  • Able to simplify complex data into clear, commercially focused recommendations and insight stories
  • Detail‐oriented with a strong focus on data quality, tagging accuracy, and measurement standards
  • Collaborative and confident working across cross‐functional digital teams including Product, UX, Ecommerce, and Engineering
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and influence decision making
