Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What You’ll Do

This key role supports the Regional Manager in delivering Network Deployment projects and programmes, building and upgrading sites to achieve our ambition of being #1 for network. The role leads a skilled team and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to help build the Nation’s Network.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of RAN sites, from nomination through design, acquisition, build, integration and handover to Operations ensuring Programme and business objectives are met.
  • Lead a team responsible for managing delivery partners across design, acquisition, construction and site activation within RAN deployment programmes.
  • Drive cross-functional engagement with supporting teams (Acquisition, Planning, Transmission, Operations, Legal, Estates) to ensure successful site delivery aligned to programme objectives.
  • Accountable for ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety standards, ensuring both internal teams and delivery partners meet statutory and corporate H&S obligations.
  • Lead strategic deployment planning, building and managing integrated rollout plans that align company goals with regional delivery capacity and programme milestones.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience leading specialist, multi-disciplinary RAN deployment teams delivering business-critical targets within complex commercial environments.
  • Extensive delivery experience across large-scale, complex RAN deployment programmes, operating through multiple contractual frameworks and diverse supplier ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and relationship-building capability, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and peer leadership communities.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a demonstrable commitment to driving quality and service standards throughout all stages of deployment.
  • Data-driven decision maker, able to utilise insight, performance metrics and reporting to inform operational and strategic planning, including focus on budget forecasting, tracking and cost control.
  • Advanced analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to gather, interpret and communicate complex information in clear business terms for senior leadership audiences.
