Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do: Support the PMO in the definition and successful delivery of necessary governance and assurance across ND&I. Provide the assigned L3 Capability Lead with the required management information to make data driven informed decisions, whilst ensuring all stakeholder reporting needs are met. Work with Project Support Leads and project teams to govern and assure the co‑ordination, planning and control of the projects and programmes. Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Assist Project Managers and Team Managers in the production and maintenance of project plans. Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems. Co‑ordinate the production of all reports and produce project summary reports. Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records.
Who You Are: The ideal candidate brings strong programme and project management experience, complemented by a solid background in commercial and/or finance functions. They have a proven track record of leading programme and functional PMOs, ensuring effective governance and delivery across complex initiatives. Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. They demonstrate strong reporting capabilities, providing clear, concise insights to support decision‑making.
