Location: London or Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for VOXI & Talkmobile, including revenue, costs, and unit economics, ensuring clear accountability for performance.
  • Lead consolidated CVB performance insight and storytelling, providing clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Manage CVB month-end processes end-to-end, including consolidation of results across brands, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Co-ordinate closely with Brand Finance Managers to ensure timely delivery, consistent messaging, and high-quality insight at a total CVB level.
  • Own the CVB Risks & Opportunities (R&O) consolidation process, aligning assumptions and ensuring visibility of key drivers and mitigation plans.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting packs, presentations, and materials for CVB senior leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring robust financial outlooks and alignment with commercial strategy.
  • Act as a key finance partner to commercial and trading teams, influencing performance, pricing, and investment decisions.
  • Provide cross-brand value creation insight, including ownership of unit economics and IBRO analysis to support trading optimisation.
  • Support decision-making through business cases, scenario modelling, and post-investment reviews, challenging assumptions to maximise returns.
  • Partner on OpEx management, improving cost transparency and supporting financial discipline across teams.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and BI teams to enhance reporting, develop new insights, and continuously improve processes.
  • Build strong relationships across finance and commercial functions, ensuring alignment and driving performance outcomes.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis and support strategic projects in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Who You Are

  • A qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving business performance.
  • Highly analytical, with advanced financial modelling skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experienced in business partnering, with confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders across finance and commercial teams.
  • A strong storyteller, able to distil multiple data sources into clear, compelling narratives for leadership audiences.
  • Proven experience managing P&L performance, forecasting, and identifying key financial drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of value creation, unit economics, and performance optimisation.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, with the ability to prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Detail‑oriented, ensuring high levels of accuracy while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.
  • A proactive problem‑solver, naturally curious and driven to continuously improve processes and insight quality.
  • Strong collaborator who builds trusted relationships and works effectively across teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
