What You'll Do
- Partner with Consumer Leadership Team members and their teams to manage and optimize Opex budgets, supporting them in achieving their financial targets.
- Build trusted relationships across the business, providing financial insight, challenge, and guidance to drive informed decision-making.
- Lead annual planning and budgeting activities, including Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), while supporting long-term financial planning.
- Own and develop forecasting models that track performance, identify trends, and provide clear visibility of future outcomes.
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis and reporting, translating complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to balance priorities, influence decisions, and align teams around common financial goals.
- Drive strong financial governance and controls, including variance analysis, risk and opportunity management, synergy tracking, and purchase order oversight.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency across the Consumer organisation.
- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
