Job Description: Support Finance Lead in delivering consumer IRO performance. Provide insight and analytical detail, improving performance through recommendations.
- Key reporting: variance analysis (MoM, YoY, versus forecast), risk and opportunity highlighting.
- Business-partner commercial teams with financial modelling and data integrity support.
- Support forecasting and out-looking with comprehensive models.
- Maintain trading cadence packs, month-end slideware, and drive insight for key meetings.
- Own detailed variance analysis across IRO, breaking down volume and value drivers.
- Maintain R&O register, track inputs, quantify impacts, and update forecasts.
- Collaborate on value-adding business cases with the commercial team.
- Assume ad-hoc tasks and support projects as needed.
Qualifications: Qualified or part-qualified, current student (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with strong financial analysis. Experience in variance analysis and understanding actual results versus forecasts/business cases. Strong attention to detail. Strong reporting and PowerPoint skills. Commercial mindset – identify trends and provide sound recommendations.
