Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do: We are recruiting a Client Sales Executive (CSE) to play a crucial role in retaining and expanding VodafoneThree UK’s market share. The CSE will manage an account base of approximately 120 accounts, focusing on account management of Vodafone Business customers and identifying new revenue opportunities within the base. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound customer calls, building and retaining customer business, driving revenue, margin and retention in mobile and converged solutions, and achieving customer experience goals to improve NPS.
Who You Are: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an appetite for continuous learning and development as a sales professional. A passion for technology and digitisation. Demonstrated record of working within a team and collaborating to accomplish objectives. Understanding that the quality and timeliness of work impacts team effectiveness. Ability to understand customer needs and build long‑lasting relationships. Knowledge of P&L is beneficial.
