Location: Newbury or Stoke + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What You'll Do

• You'll configure, optimise, and enhance digital capabilities to meet evolving business and user needs.
• You'll translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions for configuration and automation activities.
• You'll lead the delivery of straightforward changes and collaborate with experienced colleagues on more complex initiatives.
• You'll identify opportunities to improve user experiences through automation, smarter processes, and data-driven insights.
• You'll contribute to solution design, testing, and implementation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• You'll manage and maintain configuration data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with agreed standards.
• You'll use coding and automation tools to streamline processes, analyse data, and unlock productivity improvements.
• You'll investigate issues, support problem resolution, and work with support teams to improve end-to-end experiences.
• You'll engage with stakeholders across the business, communicating complex ideas in a clear, accessible, and compelling way.
• You'll document solutions and knowledge clearly to support collaboration, learning, and future enhancements.
• You'll experiment with new technologies, explore innovative ideas, and help shape what's next for the capabilities you support.
