What You’ll Do

- As the Segment Performance & Operations Lead for the Private Sector, you’ll be the engine behind performance—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to sales delivery.
- You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, influence key decisions, and turn strategy into actionable, measurable results.
- You’ll drive performance by providing clear, actionable insights and maintaining a strong trading rhythm that enables confident decision-making.
- You’ll own and deliver high-quality trading packs, MOR/QBR materials, and ad-hoc reporting that bring performance trends to life.
- You’ll lead Private Sector renewals, ensuring proactive planning, risk visibility, and strong margin management well ahead of deadlines.
- You’ll coordinate business planning and priorities across Sales and key functions (Finance, Product, Enablement), ensuring alignment and seamless execution.
- You’ll lead the delivery of programmes and initiatives—tracking progress, managing dependencies, and escalating risks to keep everything on track.
- You’ll translate enterprise-wide initiatives (like Lighthouse and Accelerate) into practical, everyday actions for sales teams.
- You’ll manage and strengthen strategic partnerships, driving consistent engagement and performance through clear frameworks.
- You’ll run governance forums and leadership meetings with structured agendas, high-quality materials, and disciplined follow-through.
- You’ll lead impactful events and engagement activities that align teams, build culture, and drive business priorities.
- You’ll champion capability and culture initiatives, embedding new ways of working alongside HR and Sales Enablement.
- You’ll act as a trusted operational partner to senior stakeholders, bringing structure and clarity in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- You’ll play a key role in the Private Sector Leadership Team, helping shape and deliver ongoing transformation.
Who You Are
- Experience in sales operations, business management, performance, or programme delivery within a B2B or enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn sales data into meaningful insights and actions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programmes or workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working across complex, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of sales performance drivers.
- Confident communicator who can influence and engage senior stakeholders, including directors and leadership teams.
- Experience supporting governance structures, planning cycles, and performance forums.
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of telecoms products and solutions (desirable but not essential).
