Working hours: Part time 30 hours per week – Monday to Friday Hybrid

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll provide expert guidance on UK benefits, confidently supporting and resolving complex queries from employees and stakeholders across the business.
  • You’ll act as a trusted escalation point, working with internal teams and external providers to identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
  • You’ll ensure all benefit processes and controls are running effectively, proactively identifying risks and improving systems where needed.
  • You’ll take the lead on benefits‑related projects and support key annual activities such as launches and benefits windows.
  • You’ll create and maintain clear, up‑to‑date process documentation, continuously improving how things are done.
  • You’ll collaborate with a wide range of teams, influencing stakeholders and driving consistent, high‑quality service delivery.

Who You Are

  • You’ll have strong experience in HR or Benefits, with a solid understanding of UK benefits and relevant legislation.
  • You’ll be confident explaining complex information in a simple, clear, and engaging way—both written and verbally.
  • You’ll be highly organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You’ll bring a collaborative mindset, building relationships and positively influencing others across teams.
  • You’ll approach challenges with a logical, analytical mindset and a focus on finding smart, practical solutions.
  • You’ll be naturally curious and always looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
  • You’ll have experience delivering projects in a corporate environment (or formal project management training).
  • You’ll be CIPD qualified, with around 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
