Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We're looking for an Associate Agentic Engineer to join our state-of-the-art Agentic Engineering team. This role is ideal for individuals starting their journey in AI-native software engineering. You'll learn how to use AI responsibly to accelerate analysis, implementation, testing and documentation, while maintaining human accountability for quality and security.

What You'll Do

• You’ll deliver clean, tested, full-stack code for well-scoped features, with support from experienced teammates.
• You’ll use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up analysis, development, testing, and documentation—while staying accountable for quality and security.
• You’ll contribute to agentic workflows, including breaking down tasks, generating and reviewing code, and supporting testing and documentation.
• You’ll build simple integrations and tool connections (like internal APIs), following established best practices.
• You’ll work within microservices and service-based environments, learning how systems connect and operate at scale.
• You’ll collaborate through code reviews, pair programming, retrospectives, and engineering communities—growing through feedback.
• You’ll create and share reusable prompts, playbooks, and workflows to help others adopt smarter ways of working.
• You’ll support debugging and troubleshooting, building strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• You’ll follow secure engineering practices and contribute to high standards in testing, quality, and operational excellence.
• You’ll continuously learn, experiment with new AI-enabled approaches, and share insights with your team.

Who You Are

• You’re curious about software engineering and excited by the potential of AI in development.
• You have a basic foundation in programming (front-end, APIs, data structures, testing, and debugging).
• You’ve built small applications or components and understand both front-end and back-end concepts.
• You’re familiar with version control and collaborative development practices (like pull requests).
• You’re interested in AI-assisted development and open to learning how to use it responsibly.
• You have a basic understanding of APIs, microservices, or service-based architectures (or a strong willingness to learn).
• You care about writing clean, readable code and understand the importance of testing and security basics.
• You communicate clearly—sharing what you’ve built, what you’ve learned, and when you need support.
• You bring a growth mindset, ask thoughtful questions, and embrace feedback to improve quickly.
