Commercial Propositions is a core part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Commercial function, focused on developing, delivering, and managing propositions that create value for customers and support business growth.

This role is part of a Segment Propositions team and contributes to the end-to-end proposition lifecycle within a defined customer segment. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing market opportunities, supporting business case development, delivering propositions to market, and monitoring performance to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

As a key part of the GTM process, the role works collaboratively with colleagues across Pricing, GTM, Commercial Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution in the market. By combining customer insight, commercial expertise, and partnership across teams, the role helps deliver sustainable growth and targeted commercial outcomes for Vodafone Business across a diverse range of customer segments.

What you'll bring

This role plays an important part in shaping and delivering commercial propositions for the Indirect Partner segment within Vodafone Business. Working in a collaborative Go-To-Market (GTM) environment, the role supports the development of ideas from opportunity identification through to successful market delivery, helping to create solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to sustainable business growth.

This role operates within a fast-paced environment, working with a broad range of stakeholders across Vodafone Business. The team values collaboration, diverse perspectives, continuous learning, and the sharing of best practice. Together, the focus is on delivering meaningful outcomes for customers, partners, and the business while creating an environment where new ideas and different viewpoints are welcomed and encouraged.

  • Support the development and evolution of proposition roadmaps, taking concepts from initial exploration through to successful market launch.
  • Represent customer needs and insights, working closely with Product teams to develop solutions that deliver value and meet evolving market requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of robust business cases, using data, insights, and commercial analysis to support decision-making and desired business outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate proposition performance, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value, revenue, margin, and market share.
  • Partner with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Brand, GTM, and other cross-functional teams to bring propositions to market effectively.
  • Explore emerging trends, market developments, and new opportunities to support innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Gather, analyse, and apply customer and market insights to inform proposition development and ensure solutions remain relevant and competitive.
  • Support effective delivery by building alignment across stakeholders, managing priorities, and contributing to successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret data, apply insights, and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Experience using customer insights and market intelligence to inform proposition development and strategic thinking.
  • Background in propositions, product, commercial, marketing, or related business environments.
  • Curious and proactive approach, with an interest in understanding changing market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute across a varied portfolio of propositions and initiatives.
  • Collaborative working style, with experience building positive relationships across diverse teams and functions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and present ideas and recommendations clearly.
