This role leads VodafoneThree’s Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) and Home Broadband vendor strategy, driving commercial performance and competitive advantage. It owns end-to-end vendor relationships, negotiates strategic agreements, and ensures delivery of margin and operational KPIs. This role influences cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to optimise vendor value and support long-term growth.

What you’ll do

  • Define and deliver the end-to-end vendor strategy for Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) and Home Broadband across both Consumer and Enterprise segments, ensuring alignment with broader VodafoneThree objectives.
  • Build and manage strategic vendor partnerships, including performance oversight, contract governance, and senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead regular commercial negotiations, achieving competitive pricing and mutually beneficial commercial terms in line with the Group Commercial Model.
  • Develop and deliver 12-month Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key vendors, fostering collaboration, innovation, and shared success.
  • Identify, assess, and onboard new vendors to broaden the portfolio and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Optimise overall vendor value by effectively leveraging available commercial levers, assets, and propositions.
  • Oversee inbound order management and fulfilment processes, supporting delivery against KPIs, service levels, and customer expectations.
  • Provide data-informed insights and recommendations to senior leadership on vendor performance, opportunities, and market trends.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance) to deliver integrated propositions and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, risk management standards, and financial controls.

  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, commercial negotiations, and strategic planning within telecommunications or broadband sectors.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including understanding of margin drivers, pricing structures, and supply chain considerations.
  • Experience in negotiation and contract management at a senior level.
  • Clear and effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into practical, actionable insights.
  • Understanding of FWA and Home Broadband technologies and relevant market developments.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-moving environment.
