VodafoneThree Commercial Finance Manager – Trading Insights & Customer Profitability

Location: Newbury or SpeechMark. Hybrid working.

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon – Fri.

Hybrid working: Our hybrid working approach allows people to work both in the office and at home, with flexibility. Employees will come to the office 2–3 days each week as agreed with their line manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead IRO performance reporting across Vodafone, Three, and CBU, preparing weekly, month‑end, forecast, and long‑term plans.
  • Perform regular and ad‑hoc performance deep‑dives to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights to commercial teams.
  • Manage dashboards, work with Data & Analytics to build new tools, and keep existing reports accurate.
  • Own Unit Economics models, set up Three on a like‑for‑like basis with Vodafone models, and validate continuously.
  • Deliver consolidated KPI reporting across brands on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Draft and deliver IRO commentary for CBU to the Commercial Leadership Team.
  • Maintain active attendance in Investment Forums and trading meetings and chair cross‑brand Investment Forum sessions.
  • Maintain a centralised view of Risks & Opportunities for Mobile & MBB across Vodafone and Three.
  • Perform other related tasks and support projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified accountant.
  • Experience consolidating reporting and summarised views across multiple brands.
  • Interest in designing performance reports & dashboards.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and desire for standardisation across brands.
