Location: Newbury or Speechmark. Hybrid working supported. Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon – Fri. Grade 11.

Lead the production of all IRO reporting for Vodafone, Three and brand consolidation for weekly outlooks, month‑ends, forecasts and long‑range plans. Perform regular and ad‑hoc performance deep‑dives to identify opportunities that can be utilised to drive value and provide actionable insights to the commercial teams at channel, tariff, product, customer type etc granularity. Act as point of contact with Data & Analytics to build and drive new tools and dashboards, maintain and evolve existing reports to keep them current and accurate. Maintain ownership of all Unit Economics models, including setting up “like‑for‑like” models for Three, and ensure continuous validation and evolution to improve commercial accuracy. Deliver consolidated KPI reporting, including weekly and monthly performance across Three & Vodafone to commercial and finance colleagues. Draft and deliver IRO commentary from the wider brands to the Commercial Leadership Team. Maintain active attendance in all Investment Forums and the Tuesday/Friday Trading meetings. Maintain a centralised view of Risks & Opportunities for Mobile & MBB across both brands. Take full ownership of the Investment Forum, manage meeting invites, prepare presentation decks, and chair the sessions. Perform other related tasks and support projects as needed for the commercial finance team.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified Accountant.
  • Experience in reporting consolidation across multiple brands or teams.
  • Interest in designing performance reports and dashboards.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with desire to evolve reporting/dashboards and standardise across the brands.
