Job Description: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Specialist role: design, implementation, and optimisation of data‑driven experiences using Adobe Real‑Time CDP and Journey Optimiser. Translate business needs into scalable AEP solutions, ensuring technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Leading end‑to‑end implementation and optimisation of AEP solutions, including Real‑Time CDP and Adobe Journey Optimiser
- Translating business requirements into scalable, actionable AEP use cases
- Designing and managing XDM schemas, datasets, merge policies, and identity configurations
- Integrating AEP with external systems using APIs to ensure performance and scalability
- Monitoring and optimising data flows through testing, analytics, and performance tuning
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, challenging, guiding, and aligning technical delivery with business goals
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
- Defining and documenting processes, standards, and QA frameworks for consistent delivery
- Staying ahead of Adobe’s evolving roadmap and best practices to drive innovation and value
Qualifications:
- Expertise in AEP: Real‑Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, and translating Adobe Campaign Classic into AEP solutions
- Data architecture and integration experience: XDM schemas, identity services, APIs, data governance, SQL, Snowflake
- Stakeholder and team leadership: managing expectations, influencing decisions, mentoring to build technical capability
- Process and quality excellence: documentation standards, QA frameworks, scalable processes for digital marketing and data projects
- Agile delivery: comfortable with Jira, Confluence, and agile environments
