Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

You are expected to come into the office 2‐3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. Work with your line manager to understand expectations for your role.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Corporate Functions HRBPs, leaders and points of contact to turn strategy into talent, capability and leadership plans, build diverse pipelines, strengthen succession and track impact.
  • Design, coordinate and deliver talent, leadership development and succession programmes and cycles, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Turn strategy into clear, practical experiences, tools and ways of working that support capability growth and consistency across the organisation.
  • Shape and continuously improve programme content, materials and journeys, making them accessible, engaging and easy to use.
  • Bring in external insight and good practice, using this to enhance approaches and keep the offer relevant and effective.
  • Create a positive experience for colleagues and stakeholders through clear communication, well‐managed delivery and responsive support.
  • Facilitate or support sessions, workshops and touchpoints where needed, helping to create engaging and valuable learning experiences.
  • Build and maintain tools, templates and guidance that support high‐quality conversations and consistent approaches across HR and the business.
  • Use data, feedback and insight to understand effectiveness, share learning and identify opportunities to improve and evolve.

Who you are

  • You bring experience, interest and knowledge in areas such as talent, succession, leadership development, early careers and assessment.
  • You bring strong partnering skills to build effective relationships across the organisation, understand priorities quickly and work collaboratively in a complex environment.
  • You have experience supporting or coordinating programmes or cycles, with strong organisation and outcome focus.
  • You are comfortable turning ideas or requirements into clear, user‐friendly materials or experiences.
  • You manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain quality in a fast‐paced environment.
  • You use data and feedback to understand what is working well and where improvements can be made.
