Location: The Speechmark, London + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

  • This role will be responsible for developing actionable supply plans, managing purchase orders and inventory, ensuring timely intake and distribution for selected vendors and products in line with business inventory and cash targets to support the overall sales ambition.
  • This role will lead the weekly Supply Chain vendor communications, while feeding into S&OP forums to inform the commercial and trading teams of any risks or opportunities and to gain business alignment across BAU, new product introductions, end of life planning and promotional activity.
  • Own end-to-end stock purchasing, intake planning, and inventory management.
  • Act as the primary supply chain stakeholder for mid‑to‑long‑term New Product Introductions (NPIs), ensuring robust stock and supply plans.
  • Own supply chain coordination for NPIs and promotions, identifying trade risks and opportunities early and delivering clear EXIT strategies to manage sell through and end of life transitions.
  • Lead the CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process and manage supplier communications from a supply chain perspective.
  • Ensure optimal stock availability across central warehouses and assisted channels to support commercial objectives.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate stock and supply risks, driving mitigation actions to resolution.
  • Support the delivery of commercial terms targets, escalating any risks or issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage slow‑moving and obsolete inventory to minimise financial exposure.
  • Provide supply chain inputs into S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings for assigned vendors.

Who You Are

  • Experience in supply chain/account/vendor management role.
  • Attention to detail and good prioritisation/time management.
  • Commercially minded with attention to detail.
  • Vendor relations management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and teamwork.
  • Good knowledge of S&OP process.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mind‑set – manage large data buckets of information and ability to communicate business implications from complex data.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ideally planning tools.
