Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end strategic projects, turning complex market, customer and financial insights into clear recommendations that guide senior leaders on investment priorities, unlock growth and deliver measurable business impact.
- Develop new ways to solve strategic problems, taking into account competitor activity and other key factors.
- Build commercial and financial models to analyse key strategic issues, ensuring flexibility to adapt to changes in assumptions.
- Support the Senior Strategy Manager by developing strategic ideas and recommendations, working closely with key stakeholders.
- Gather the right data, agree on the best modelling approach, and ensure insights are accurate and fully validated before being used to inform decisions.
- Stay up to date on key market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the team to help Vodafone strengthen its strategic position.
Who You Are
- Experience of working within a strategy organisation (industry or consulting).
- Proven ability to solve problems in an innovative way, with a strong strategic mindset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently deliver impactful messages both verbally and in writing.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Action‑oriented, with a proactive approach and a strong curiosity to continuously learn and explore new ideas.
