Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do: As a ServiceNow Developer within the Future Tooling team, you will help build and configure a brand-new ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. You will work across key ServiceNow modules including Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The role requires experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms such as Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, and middleware solutions, ideally using TM Forum integration standards. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Experience within the telecommunications industry would be beneficial, along with an interest in exploring and promoting AI capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions that deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes and meet business requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will ensure high standards of code quality and platform performance by following development best practices, participating in peer reviews, and adhering to governance controls. You will deliver reliable ServiceNow solutions by carrying out testing, troubleshooting issues, and resolving defects within Agile and structured delivery environments. You will use ServiceNow ITSM, FSM and SPM modules to improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
Who You Are: You will have proven experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflow configuration, and platform integrations. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design effective solutions to complex business challenges. You will have experience working with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, with a strong understanding of the full development lifecycle. You will have a solid understanding of ITSM best practices, with experience across ServiceNow modules and knowledge of FSM and SPM. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
