Location: Speechmark, London + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Be a focal point of contact for the business for the defined product
  • Support the product manager in defining the product roadmap, evolving product KPIs and driving optimisation
  • Support the senior product owner in managing product feature prioritisation; ensuring stakeholders understand the compromises and constraints
  • Brief stakeholders on the capability roadmap, and associated deliverables, to ensure cross function alignment
  • Continuously monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activity and regulatory landscape to ensure the product remains a category leader
  • Maintain and constantly optimise the end-to-end customer experience and back‑log of ideas to drive value
  • Manage product user journey design, ensuring a high quality cross channel user experience
  • Help manage product launches, ensuring business readiness

Who You Are

  • Experience of working as a Product Owner, ideally
  • Experience of defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products, running A/B tests and making data oriented decisions
  • Understanding of eCommerce front ends and the interfaces with backend information systems
  • Vodafone is a large matrix organisation so stakeholder management across the organisation will be a key requirement of the role
  • Analytical skills to measure impact, identify trends and create strong hypothesis to test
  • Experience delivering high quality customer experiences
  • Strong presentation skills as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Supplier management and influencing skills
