Location: Any VodafoneThree Office Location + Location Independent Worker

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

As a Location Independent Worker, for operational reasons you may be required to perform your duties, either temporarily or permanently, from any of our offices or customer sites within a reasonable geographic area of your home address. What You'll Do

  • You'll lead large, complex opportunities (£10M–£100M), owning the end‐to‐end solution across connectivity, cloud, hosting, and contact centre services.
  • You'll collaborate with Sales teams to build pipeline, support bids (RFx), and turn opportunities into successful client outcomes.
  • You'll engage directly with customers to understand their strategy, challenges, and future needs, translating these into impactful technology solutions.
  • You'll take ownership of solution design—leading virtual, cross‐functional teams (including partners) to deliver best‐in‐class outcomes.
  • You'll define architectures, roadmaps, and strategies aligned to both customer goals and Vodafone's product direction.
  • You'll manage requirements end‐to‐end, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and commercially viable.
  • You'll present and defend technical solutions to senior client stakeholders, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • You'll identify new business opportunities and shape them into compelling propositions alongside Sales colleagues.
  • You'll drive continuous improvement through solution reviews, capacity planning, and innovation in design.
  • You'll act as a role model within the team—mentoring others, sharing expertise, and contributing to a culture of growth and excellence.

Who You Are

  • You bring extensive pre‐sales or solution design experience in a customer‐facing environment.
  • You're confident leading complex, high‐value opportunities and influencing senior stakeholders, including board‐level executives.
  • You can translate business needs into clear, effective technical solutions that deliver real value.
  • You have strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and service models such as ITIL.
  • You understand the full sales lifecycle and thrive in a fast‐paced, matrix organisation.
  • You're an excellent communicator, comfortable presenting complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
  • You're a collaborative leader who can motivate, coach, and develop high‐performing teams.
  • You're commercially aware, with the ability to support business cases and benefits realisation.
  • You have a strong understanding of the telecommunications and technology landscape, including market and customer drivers.
  • You're detail‐oriented, with experience in requirements capture, solution governance, & design methodologies.
  • You're aware of IT security and compliance considerations in solution design.
  • You hold a degree (or equivalent experience) and relevant industry‐recognised accreditations.
