Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What you'll do
- Manage PAYM outflow performance, including forecasting for voluntary and involuntary churn, both on volume and S15 value.
- Own and manage reactive saves toolkit, execution and utilisation within channels to retain customers balancing volume and value - taking into account maturing base shape, out of contract profiles and market dynamics.
- Design and timely and accurate briefing of Segment of One activities to protect churn.
- Interlock with BCRC for involuntary churn forecasting and performance.
- Oversight of the involuntary migrations process, and driving opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Align and interlock toolkit with retention strategy to deliver P2P outcomes.
- Lead channel relationships and performance management including Outbound dialling teams, inbound assisted channels, indirect partners and digital.

- Experience in churn management and outflow forecasting/tracking.
- Strong understanding of PAYM customer behaviours.
- Expertise in save toolkit design and deployment.
- Ability to collaborate across retention, BCRC, and channel teams.
- Commercial acumen and performance tracking.
- Expertise in churn analytics, turning insight into action via mitigation strategies.
