Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:
- Identify, assess, and implement energy efficiency improvements across the UK Networks estate, supporting VodafoneThree’s long‑term energy efficiency and Net Zero strategies.
- Conduct energy analysis and monitoring to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support joint venture governance for energy management and lead delivery of energy efficiency solutions across RAN and transport networks.
- Measure network energy performance against industry best practices and internal KPIs to identify improvement areas.
- Support and manage short, medium and long term plans to meet and exceed financial targets and challenges.
- Support development and demonstration of Capex funding business case opportunities for energy efficiency initiatives.
- Work with cross‑functional teams across Technology, Finance, Property, Supply Chain, Group Sustainability, and external partners to embed energy efficient practices.
Who You Are:
- Detailed knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within telecommunications and technology environments.
- In‑depth knowledge of energy supply infrastructure, including grid connections and metering.
- Experience analysing complex energy data using Excel or similar analytical tools.
- Good understanding of financial appraisal methodologies for energy projects.
- Ability to problem solve to achieve desired outcome and overcome blockages.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners to deliver common goals.
