What You’ll Do
- You will lead and coordinate econometric modelling, including Market Mix Modelling (MMM) and demand forecasting, ensuring outputs are accurate, relevant and easy to apply.
- You’ll act as a trusted advisor on marketing measurement, combining technical expertise with clear, practical guidance.
- You will work closely with external partners, building constructive relationships and ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality outputs.
- You’ll translate complex data into clear, balanced insights that support confident and informed decision‑making.
- You will help shape media planning by developing frameworks and ways of working across digital channels such as Display, Video, PPC and Social.
- You’ll review and validate methodologies to ensure they are transparent, appropriate and aligned to business needs.
- You will encourage a test‑and‑learn approach, supporting teams to continuously improve and adapt strategies based on evidence and insight.
- You’ll collaborate across marketing, brand and commercial teams, making sure insights are shared openly and used effectively.
- You will create and present reports that are clear, inclusive and accessible to a wide range of stakeholders.
- You’ll support teams in building confidence with data, enabling thoughtful, well‑informed decisions at every level.
Who You Are
- You have a strong foundation in a numerical or analytical field such as Economics, Econometrics, Statistics or Mathematics.
- You bring experience from a data, insights or business intelligence role, with exposure to marketing or commercial environments.
- You enjoy working with both detail and the bigger picture, combining analytical thinking with curiosity and openness to new ideas.
- You have experience with Market Mix Modelling and understand how it supports marketing effectiveness.
- You are comfortable working with attribution models and can connect data insights to real‑world outcomes.
- You have a broad understanding of digital marketing channels, including Display, Paid Search, Paid Social and SEO.
- You are confident using analytics and measurement tools to generate insights that are clear and meaningful.
- You build positive, respectful relationships and communicate in a way that is clear, inclusive and easy to understand.
- You are comfortable guiding projects and supporting others, creating an environment where different perspectives are valued.
- You stay informed about industry developments and are open to exploring new approaches and opportunities.
