Job Description
What you’ll do:
- We’re looking for an Executive Creative Director to lead Generation, VodafoneThree’s in-house creative agency, and shape the creative vision for a portfolio of iconic brands including VodafoneThree, Three, VOXI and SMARTY.
- As the most senior creative leader within the organisation, you’ll drive world-class creative standards, champion innovation, and ensure every creative investment strengthens brand equity, customer engagement and commercial performance.
- You’ll lead senior creative talent, influence executive stakeholders, and play a key role in transforming Generation into a best-in-class multi-brand creative organisation.
- This is a rare opportunity to define the creative direction of some of the UK’s most recognised brands while driving large-scale transformation and capability growth across the business.
- Set the creative vision, standards and governance framework across VodafoneThree’s portfolio of brands.
- Act as the ultimate creative authority, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency and effectiveness across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead the strategic development and stewardship of VodafoneThree, Three and VOXI, while overseeing Vodafone brand execution in the UK market.
- Partner with senior leaders across Brand, Marketing and Commercial teams to influence business strategy and drive creative excellence.
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing community of Creative Managers and senior creative specialists.
- Build strong partnerships with leading external agencies and provide a single, unified creative vision across internal and external teams.
- Drive the evolution of Generation’s operating model, capabilities, technology adoption and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Deliver organisational transformation, supporting the growth of in-house creative services while improving efficiency, capability and business impact.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Significant experience in a senior creative leadership role.
- A proven track record of leading large-scale creative organisations and developing senior creative leaders.
- Deep experience managing and evolving major consumer brands within complex, multi-brand environments.
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and measurable commercial impact.
- Experience leading organisational transformation, including capability development, operating model evolution and technology adoption.
- Strong executive-level influencing skills, with the credibility to engage and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Established relationships and reputation within the creative industry, with experience working alongside senior agency leaders.
- A strategic, commercially minded leadership style, with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing creative cultures.
