Location: Speechmark, London + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Hybrid Working: Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. You are expected to work from the office 2–3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month, and coordinate with your line manager for specific expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of social-first proposition campaigns (e.g. devices, broadband, plans), from briefing through to execution and reporting.
- Lead the development of the social layer within ATL campaigns, ensuring ideas are translated into platform-native, engaging content.
- Act as a strong creative voice for social, challenging and elevating agency and internal ideas to improve output quality.
- Identify opportunities to push social further within campaigns and organic presence, ensuring it plays a leading role rather than a supporting one.
- Develop and manage creator workstreams within campaigns and cultural moments, from briefing and talent selection through to execution using internal tools.
- Write clear, inspiring briefs for agencies and partners, and provide feedback to ensure high creative standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Brand, PR, Sponsorship, Media, CRM) to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage agency relationships across partners, ensuring delivery to time, budget and quality.
- Oversee production processes, including asset development, adaptations and social-first activations.
- Ensure all content aligns with legal, compliance and health & safety requirements where relevant.
- Track and report campaign performance, coordinating measurement approaches (e.g. brand lift, content effectiveness) and identifying learnings.
Who You Are
- Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across social and digital channels.
- Strong understanding of platform-native content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
- Experience working with creators and influencer marketing within campaign environments.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge and improve creative work, with a strong sense of what “good” looks like.
- Experience briefing and managing agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of campaign measurement and performance, including brand tracking, brand lift and content effectiveness.
