Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead the strategic transformation of the Business and Technology engagement-to-execution model, creating a step-change in how we plan, prioritise and deliver together.
  • Use data and insight to challenge the status quo, identifying opportunities to improve prioritisation, decision-making, governance, speed and quality across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Design and embed a scalable, enterprise-wide delivery framework that enables consistent, repeatable and value-driven execution across the Business and Technology Demand Roadmap.
  • Own the translation of strategic demand into clear, prioritised and outcome-based delivery portfolios, ensuring strong alignment to business goals and customer value.
  • Provide senior leadership across complex, multi-domain delivery landscapes, orchestrating dependencies and driving alignment across Technology, Product, Network, Operations, Commercial and Enablement.
  • Build and mobilise the right resources to enact the plan, setting clear direction and empowering teams to deliver, while removing systemic barriers and driving accountability at all levels.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, influencing direction, investment decisions and long-term transformation priorities.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading enterprise-scale Business and Technology transformation, including defining and embedding innovative operating models and delivery frameworks.
  • Exceptional and proven ability to deploy and embed cross-functional behaviour change at all levels, leading and influencing across organisational boundaries.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence at executive level, shaping strategy and aligning senior stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise across business analysis, design and delivery, with a track record of successfully leading large, complex transformation portfolios.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to balance customer value, cost, risk and speed to drive better outcomes.
  • Experience owning and optimising significant Opex and Capex investments, with accountability for delivering measurable value.
  • Formal project management accreditation is valued, alongside a pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to delivery.
