What you'll do
- You'll play a key role in keeping day-to-day logistics running smoothly, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
- In this flexible, part-time role, you'll work closely with a supportive team while staying one step ahead in a fast-paced environment.
- No two days will feel the same, you'll balance planning, coordination, and hands-on activity, all while helping deliver a reliable service for customers and colleagues.
- You'll need a valid UK driving licence, as the role involves travelling between sites when required, there's also some hands on, physical work too.
- You'll keep logistics operations flowing smoothly across multiple sites, supporting a consistent and efficient workflow.
- You'll connect with project managers to understand upcoming needs and ensure equipment, stock, and resources are ready in advance.
- You'll travel between sites using a company vehicle, including collecting deliveries and managing incoming items.
- You'll process and deliver orders accurately and on time, meeting agreed service levels.
- You'll prepare equipment ahead of project deadlines, organising and moving stock where needed.
- You'll collaborate with teams and customers, communicating clearly to resolve queries and meet requirements.
- You'll maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational excellence.
- You'll take on hands-on tasks like loading, unloading, and moving equipment, staying active throughout your day.
- You'll follow health and safety standards, including using PPE and completing relevant training.
Who you are
- You'll be eligible to obtain DV clearance and hold a full UK driving licence for site travel.
