What you'll do

• You'll play a key role in keeping day-to-day logistics running smoothly, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
• In this flexible, part-time role, you'll work closely with a supportive team while staying one step ahead in a fast-paced environment.
• No two days will feel the same, you'll balance planning, coordination, and hands-on activity, all while helping deliver a reliable service for customers and colleagues.
• You'll need a valid UK driving licence, as the role involves travelling between sites when required, there's also some hands on, physical work too.
• You'll keep logistics operations flowing smoothly across multiple sites, supporting a consistent and efficient workflow.
• You'll connect with project managers to understand upcoming needs and ensure equipment, stock, and resources are ready in advance.
• You'll travel between sites using a company vehicle, including collecting deliveries and managing incoming items.
• You'll process and deliver orders accurately and on time, meeting agreed service levels.
• You'll prepare equipment ahead of project deadlines, organising and moving stock where needed.
• You'll collaborate with teams and customers, communicating clearly to resolve queries and meet requirements.
• You'll maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational excellence.
• You'll take on hands-on tasks like loading, unloading, and moving equipment, staying active throughout your day.
• You'll follow health and safety standards, including using PPE and completing relevant training.

Who you are

• You'll be eligible to obtain DV clearance and hold a full UK driving licence for site travel.
• You'll be someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive team environment and enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly.
• You'll bring strong communication skills, feeling confident engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
• You'll have experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution or transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
• You'll think ahead, staying proactive and anticipating what's needed before deadlines arrive.
• You'll be highly organised, with great attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
• You'll feel comfortable with physical, hands-on tasks and enjoy staying active at work.
• You'll be confident using ICT tools to support day-to-day operations.
