This role leads Vodafone channel input for budget and reforecasting submissions, delivering data visualisation to track trends and growth across volume and value. It manages reporting for major launches, supports risk and opportunity analysis, coordinates trading inputs across functions, and provides Indirect channel support. It also reports on Acquisition and Retention channel mix vs plan.
- Provide the reporting for our Multibrand retail estate to ensure senior stakeholders understand performance and can take action to improve
- Develop and deliver multi-brand data visualisations that highlight volume and value trends, uncovering growth opportunities across VodafoneThree
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for trading and sales functions
- Produce comprehensive multi-brand reporting for all major promotions and product launches across Vodafonethree
- Ensure visibility of campaign performance against targets for key stakeholders
- Support the Multichannel Trading Consultant with the management of the Vodafonethree channel risk and opportunity framework
- Lead reporting contributions that assess acquisition and retention channel mix vs plan
Who you are
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to highlight performance trends and commercial insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel to an advanced level
- Skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights for channel performance evaluation
- Ability to support consultants in identifying and mitigating channel-specific risks
- Experience managing inputs from cross-functional teams to support channel strategy execution
- Knowledge of channel mix planning and performance tracking against acquisition and retention targets
