Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Part time 18 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Security Clearance: This position requires you to hold a UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
What You’ll Do:
- You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day logistics running smoothly, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
- You’ll keep logistics operations flowing smoothly across multiple sites, supporting a consistent and efficient workflow.
- You’ll connect with project managers to understand upcoming needs and ensure equipment, stock, and resources are ready in advance.
- You’ll travel between sites using a company vehicle, including collecting deliveries and managing incoming items.
- You’ll process and deliver orders accurately and on time, meeting agreed service levels.
- You’ll prepare equipment ahead of project deadlines, organising and moving stock where needed.
- You’ll collaborate with teams and customers, communicating clearly to resolve queries and meet requirements.
- You’ll maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational excellence.
- You’ll take on hands-on tasks like loading, unloading, and moving equipment, staying active throughout your day.
- You’ll follow health and safety standards, including using PPE and completing relevant training.
Who You Are:
- You’ll be eligible to obtain DV clearance and hold a full UK driving licence for site travel.
- You’ll be someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive team environment and enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly.
- You’ll bring strong communication skills, feeling confident engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
- You’ll have experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution or transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
- You’ll think ahead, staying proactive and anticipating what’s needed before deadlines arrive.
- You’ll be highly organised, with great attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
- You’ll feel comfortable with physical, hands-on tasks and enjoy staying active at work.
- You’ll be confident using ICT tools to support day-to-day operations.
