What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, governance and continual improvement of VodafoneThree's ServiceNow platform.
- Own the ServiceNow data architecture, CMDB structure and governance framework, ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure and aligned to business and customer requirements.
- Drive platform adoption, data quality and operational excellence.
- Ensure platform stability, performance optimisation, capacity planning, upgrade readiness and operational resilience.
Who You Are
- Proven experience implementing, developing, or supporting ServiceNow platforms, with expertise across areas such as ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, or related modules.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, relational databases, schema design, configuration management and data governance principles.
- Experience designing and managing ServiceNow platform architectures, integrations, workflows, APIs and platform configurations in complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to establish and maintain high levels of data quality, governance and CMDB accuracy.
- Current Security Clearance (DV), or eligibility and willingness to undergo clearance as required by the programme.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- ServiceNow certifications would be desirable.
