Location: Farnborough or Newbury + Hybrid

Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

At VodafoneThree, our Billing & Collections team plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive accurate invoices, payments are collected on time, and our business continues to deliver outstanding financial performance. Sitting within our VBSE Secure Billing team, you'll be supporting a portfolio of high-profile customers within a business area responsible for over £100m in revenue.

This is more than a traditional billing role. You'll own the end-to-end customer journey across both billing and collections, giving you the opportunity to identify issues, resolve challenges at source, and build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders alike. It's a role where your attention to detail, analytical thinking and customer focus will make a genuine impact.

  • Managing billing and collections: Taking ownership of a portfolio of business customers, ensuring invoices are accurate, issued on time and aligned to contractual agreements.
  • Building strong customer relationships: Acting as a trusted point of contact, providing excellent service and maintaining regular engagement with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Resolving billing queries and discrepancies: Investigating issues, identifying root causes and working collaboratively across teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Driving cash collection performance: Proactively managing outstanding debt, forecasting collections and supporting the achievement of cash collection targets.
  • Taking end-to-end ownership: Managing issues through to resolution and continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience, billing accuracy and operational processes.
  • Working collaboratively: Partnering with internal teams to ensure customers receive a seamless experience and that any billing or payment challenges are resolved quickly.

  • Security clearance eligibility: Eligible to obtain and maintain SC and DV clearance.
