Join us at the heart of Vodafone UK in Corporate, one of the central support functions that underpin our business and keep us moving forward. We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.
What You’ll Do

  • You’ll lead the evolution of our impact reporting and transformation strategy, ensuring timely, accurate, and stakeholder-aligned reporting to our parent companies and internal teams
  • You’ll spearhead the transformation of reporting processes across VodafoneThree, identifying and implementing improvements that drive efficiency and clarity
  • You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders—up to board level—on sustainability risks, opportunities, and strategic direction
  • You’ll run our impact governance group, ensuring accountability is embedded across the business through regular reporting, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • You’ll shape and support our external narrative on purpose and impact, including publishing our first-ever impact report in FY26
  • You’ll own and deliver our Targets and Reporting policy, ensuring we stay aligned with our commitments and regulatory requirements

Who You Are

  • Significant, demonstrable experience in sustainability or social impact roles within large organisations or consultancies
  • A confident communicator who can engage both expert and non-expert audiences—including customers—with clarity and passion
  • Proven experience leading impact reporting and transformation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Strong influencing skills with a track record of engaging senior stakeholders and driving change
  • Experience in customer-facing sustainability campaigns that bring complex issues to life
  • A project management pro—delivering on time, on budget, and with impact
