Join us at the heart of Vodafone UK in Corporate, one of the central support functions that underpin our business and keep us moving forward. We provide centralised support, expertise and guidance across our UK and Group operations, continuing to build on our success and trailblazing the way to our next stage of digital growth.
What You’ll Do
You’ll bring your expertise to the forefront, guiding our sustainability efforts and embedding climate-conscious practices across the organisation.
- You’ll provide subject matter expertise on scope 3 emissions, including carbon accounting, insetting and offsetting, LCAs, and PEFs
- You’ll develop and implement strategies to reduce emissions in line with our net zero commitments
- You’ll lead strategic emissions reduction initiatives and build capability across functions like Procurement, Networks, Finance, Commercial, and Senior Leadership
- You’ll enhance our reporting frameworks and data collection processes to support continuous improvement
- You’ll collaborate with suppliers and external partners to identify and deliver emissions reduction opportunities across the value chain
- You’ll shape and deliver our climate adaptation and resilience strategy
- You’ll advise on tools and solutions that support our B2B customers in achieving their sustainability goals
Who You Are
- You have experience developing and integrating emissions reduction strategies in large, complex organisations
- You’ve successfully managed projects and built business cases that drive sustainability outcomes
- You’re confident working with data—analysing, interpreting, and visualising it to inform decisions
- You’re an excellent communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- You collaborate effectively with external partners to drive shared climate goals
- You’re a self-starter with strong organisational skills and the resilience to navigate a dynamic environment
